Randall has since recorded a solo album entitled "Polly Swallow" (1997). Panda Bear sampled two Tornados songs on his album Person Pitch. Do You Come Here Often?". The B-side of the final single that the group released, in 1966, "Do You Come Here Often?", is considered to be the first openly "gay" pop record release by a UK major label. It started off as a standard organ-inspired instrumental, but Joe Meek decided that the organ playing was a little too jazzy for the style of the group. Album Telstar: The Original Sixties Hits of the Tornados. Robot is a follow up of sorts to the far more famous, equally futuristic Telstar. What follows next is a lovely, tuneful track driven as much by Meek’s early electric keyboards as it is by the signature guitar sound of the Tornados, which is able to rise brilliantly above the rest of the arrangement. The song is one of many by Meek that deals with space aged or futuristic subject matter. He and the Blue Men created a whole album of such material, his landmark I Hear a New World. This was the Tornados' fourth single, and their third hit record, reaching number 19 on the British charts. 8. The Ice Cream Man. 10. Dragonfly. 12. Dreamin' on a Cloud. 13. Hot Pot. 20. Love and Fury.
