Marduk " Those of the unlight " (full album). First album of these Fucks I bought was the double disc live CD. Thought the art was cool. And yet I still wonder why the pain death riders' head is covered by the logo on this album! God damnit! But this album is their best. 4 months ago. So much more true feeling with regard to black metal ethos than any bands releases in recent times.

While Those of the Unlight blasts Marduk's requisite evil riffs and classic black metal vocals, the album takes a more depressing tone lyrically. By the time the listener is drowned in the brooding despair that is "Echoes From the Past", it is clear that Marduk have evolved as a band. Where they actually trying to experiment with this album? Who knows but the next two tracks "Those of the Unlight" and "Wolves" are their best songs. Especially "Wolves" where it captures the archetype black metal riffing and doom-ish breakdowns and some wait, what's this? Psychadelic rock guitar solo?
