If you recognize the first proper track as an instrumental from Black Rob and the Lox’s 1999 track Can I Live, Reject on Steroids will be right up your alley. Conway doesn’t have a whole lot of concern for real hip-hop moralizing; he probably doesn’t care about Playboi Carti or XXXTentacion’s dedication to craft.

Shady Records & Griselda signee Conway comes through with his latest mixtape Reject On Steroids. By now, fans are aware that Conway's style is pure street, with similarities to old school 50 Cent and Beanie Sigel. Even the mixtape quality is lo-fi and raw as hell, which adds to the tape's rough-around-the edges aesthetic. Green Lantern takes over hosting duties, taking us back to the days of his classic Invasion tapes. This time, he's ushering in a new generation of Shady talent, and Conway keeps it one hundred with unflinching lyrics and gully bars.
